Certified Olive Oil sommelier. Ex-restaurateur. Founder and Manager of Nordic Grove. Traveling the Mediterranean looking for exceptional Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) farmers. We only work with Organic farmers, (or that are in transition) and exclusively bring it to a select few restaurants in Scandinavia. Our restaurant customers either already use a high quality EVOO but would like a fairer price or would like to introduce a higher quality but think the price will be too high. As we are small, but buy in volume direct from farmers, we are able to provide Premium EVOO's at prices so low the majority can afford them. We are GS1 compliant. Meet our farmers below.

Meet Vitsentzos who together with his brother in law, manages an Olive farm high in the mountains of Eastern Crete. Their farm is part of P.D.O Sitia Lasithiou Kritis, and together with their Organic farming practices, control over all steps in the harvest, milling, storage and bottling, and with investments in a new Olive mill, it secures highest consistent quality in every batch of Chrisopigi Extra Virgin Olive Oil. They have used Organic principles on their farm for the past 15 years and their Extra Virgin Olive Oils have won numerous medals in International Competitions since the start.

Meet Antonio who together with his brother took over the family Olive farm 20 years ago. Antonio has gone against the traditional way of farming in the Andalusian town of Arjona, and not only converted his farm to Organic but also Biodynamic farming with a large focus on creating a natural habitat for insects and animals. The Extra Virgin Olive Oil from his farm La Biodiversa keeps winning top awards every year in International competitions.
